Talenced (“we”) is a recruitment services company based in the Netherlands. This page explains what personal data we process through this website and why. We keep it short, because we keep the data we collect short too.

What we collect

• Contact form — name, company, email address and your message. Submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and forwarded to our mailbox (Google Workspace). We use them only to respond to you.
• Call scheduling — if you book a call on book.talenced.com (hosted on Vercel), we use the name, email address, company and note you enter solely to schedule the call: they go into the calendar invite we send you from our Google Workspace calendar. Nothing else is done with them.
• Hosting logs — our host (Netlify) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, requested page) for security and operations.

What we don’t do

• No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• No third-party fonts or CDNs — all assets are served from talenced.com.
• We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Candidates

If you are a candidate in one of our searches, we process professional profile data (such as public profile information and application details) to match you with roles, based on legitimate interest or your consent. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time via the address below.

Retention & your rights

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
