We already have Copilot or ChatGPT. Why would we need you?+
Licences aren’t adoption. A chat window helps an individual draft faster; it doesn’t remove the repetitive work that lives between your systems, and it doesn’t run on a schedule while nobody is watching. We build automation into the workflow itself, and train your team on what to hand over and what to keep human. If your existing licences are enough for a given problem, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a project.
How does pricing work?+
The audit is a fixed fee. Whatever follows is scoped from those findings into a fixed proposal, so you know the number before anything gets built. No hourly meter running in the background, and no licence fees on the result — you own what we deliver. Recruitment services run on fixed monthly capacity, so pipeline and cost stay predictable too.
Do we need to replace our ATS, CRM or existing tooling?+
No. Everything we build fits around the stack you already have — your systems, your inbox, your process. Rip-and-replace projects die in procurement; we ship inside what you already use, which is also why the first automation can be live in weeks.
How fast can we start, and how fast do we see something working?+
The audit typically runs within days of the first call and takes about a week. The first automation is usually running on your real work two to six weeks after that. For recruitment: after one intake session the sourcing pipelines and the team activate the same day, with a first shortlist within two days.
What about GDPR, our data and the EU AI Act?+
Your data stays inside your systems wherever possible, we work under a standard processing agreement, retention rules get automated instead of forgotten, and anything the system does is logged so it can be reviewed and explained. Anything that affects a person keeps a human decision-maker in the loop. When a use case is legally or ethically a bad idea, we say so before it gets built.
Does AI decide who gets hired?+
Never. The machine widens the funnel and prepares the work — searching, compiling, drafting, summarising. Every decision that touches a person (who enters the pipeline, who gets contacted, who advances) is made by a human. That’s a design principle, not a disclaimer.
What if it turns out AI isn’t worth it for us?+
Then you keep the audit findings and we stop — no retainer to unwind. That’s exactly why we pilot a single workflow before the broader scope: you see it running on your own work, with real numbers, before committing to anything bigger.
Are you an AI consultancy or a recruitment agency?+
Both, deliberately. Our recruitment operation is where the AI gets built, broken and stress-tested every single day; the consultancy is where we build the same thing for your team. It’s the reason we hand over working software instead of a strategy deck — and the reason we can tell you which AI ideas quietly fail in daily use.
